You're not in Austin. I am.
If you're managing a property from out of state — or just don't want to be the one driving over every time something comes up — I can be the person who shows up.
One relationship, several properties.
Running more than one listing? A standing co-hosting arrangement means one relationship covering guest issues and turnovers across your whole portfolio, not a fresh conversation every time.
Co-Hosting, Explained
What does "boots on the ground" support actually include?
It means having someone physically at the property when you can't be — responding to guest issues on-site, troubleshooting lockboxes and keypads, letting in vendors, and handling anything that needs a real person there rather than a phone call.
Do you work with hosts who don't live in Austin?
Yes. Remote and out-of-state hosts are one of the main reasons this service exists — someone local who checks in on the property and handles issues in person when you're managing from a distance.
